Friends for PWS is a group of friends from Waldport, Oregon supporting Sequoia D Chavez and all others with Prader-Willi Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that causes life-threatening, uncontrollable obesity as well as cognitive and developmental disabilities. Our goal is to raise awareness, as well as money for research and the life-long medical expenses caused by this little-known syndrome.
